Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and offer a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, weather stations, trail cameras, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

“The machine cleverly accepts slides, print negatives or even prints themselves and once each set or strip is loaded (in about 30 seconds) only takes 1-2 seconds to record each one on a normal 128Gb camera card supplied. However, very thin slides can slip around in the click-to-close frame, which is a nuisance, but tilting the machine onto it's back so that the frame is presented horizontally, prevents this slippage. This made viewing the picture a contortion, and it would help if we had a neck as long as a swans! My only issue is the very short mains lead - barely 3 feet long, and it's connection with the mini USB plus set at right angles on the end - where the cable insulation is already separating from the USB plug and showing bare wired (albeit it low voltage ones). Why? ooh why cannot manufacturers add a long lead on thing. They presume (incorrectly) that we all sit on top of electrical sockets!!”

“This was a present for my son-in-law and he was delighted with it. The only problem was that the box it came in was torn and the inner box around the telescope was also slightly damaged, but it seems to be OK.”

“The service and delivery was excellent, but the usb stick was listed as usb3 but is the slowest I have at about 8mb transfer speed rather than about 80mb they normally work at on my computer, I note transfer speed is not listed unfortunately Pete”
