Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and offer a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, weather stations, trail cameras, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock including Celestron, Vanguard, Sky Watcher, ZWO, DwarfLab, Unistellar, Bresser, National Geographic, Browning, Bushnell, Kingston, SanDisk, and many more. “Good service overall. The reason I have not awarded 5 stars is simply that I could not call the company and speak with a sales agent. The only number advertised was for an Isle of Man number which had an answerphone message on it, yet a dispatch trading address in Aylesbury, which does lead to some (in this case) unjustified suspicion. I have to say though when I used the email message service I got a response almost immediately from a very helpful person and the item was delivered faster than I anticipated so good service overall and I would use again. Having run a successful ecommerce business for 16 years myself, consumers develop greater confidence in vendors who have full trading point of sale details, including phone numbers, very visible on their web sites.”

Our phone number is on our website, it has been since 2000 and is the same number 01624 670005. We like many other businesses and online retailers operate from more than one location, just like 'amazon' .. but smaller ! All our information is up front and on our website as it has always been.

“Had a bad experience were the product was not delivered to me and marked as delivered by Royal mail. Spent more time in finding the issue but couldn't due to the delivery loop hole in Royal mail. But picstop has refunded the money after few mail conversations, which is very much appreciated. Just a suggestion future deliveries should be sent to the person and not to the address to avoid such issues.”

Sorry for this issue with Royal Mail. As previously confirmed with customer all carrier deliveries are to the address, not to the specific person (this is not an option)

“Apart from one isolated purchase (out of of several) over recent years, where I had made the initial error relating to delivery address, I have noting but praise for PicStop. Between PicStop and myself, there was some ensuing confusion...BUT everything was very quickly remedied when the good ordered turned up....and STILL well within early day of ordering. If you, Dear Reader, always ensure that any errors on YOUR part of the ordering process, are rectified first, I'm sure that PicStop will garner many, many 5 out of 5 stars ... at least for years to come. Without my error (and the subsequent confusion) today's award would have been an easy 5 Stars.”

“PicStop's prices always seem to be competitive, which is why I've used them on a couple of occasions. Also, as I was buying micro SD cards, I wanted to make sure I would be getting a genuine product, which is not always true with other online retailers. Perhaps the only negative is that they are a little slow to dispatch the item. Even so, I would recommend them.”
