“Everything is ok if items arrive in good condition. If it’s damaged, they’ll offer a 5% discount to keep it. Disgraceful and not my thing. I have ordered 2 of these, so nearly £200. One arrived damaged, they’ve sent me a replacement twice, still damaged. Refund requested, and this took few weeks to reach my account. Not a pleasant experience, between Aug-Oct ‘22, will not use them again.”
