“The items were of satisfactory quality and competitively priced. Despatch was prompt but unfortunately the courier made a mess of delivery and the parcel was delivered three days after the estimated time it was due.”

“I ordered a Elho plastic planter and it arrived out of shape - more of an oval than a round sadly. I think there wasn't enough packaging around it to protect it. I couldn't get back into shape but decided to keep it as I didn't want to wait for another one. However, it arrived on time and communication about the delivery was good.”

“Good product marred by Phairs choice of delivery service. DPD are consistently poor. In this case having emailed to say they had delivered there was no sign. A neighbour (someone we don't know) struggled to our door the following day with a very soggy disintegrating package left on their doorstep. Phairs please rethink your delivery arrangements or I won't be ordering again”

“Do not buy anything from this company, they posted the wrong Item, and asked me to keep the rubbish product and get only 20% refund of my purchase. They don’t even wanna exchange the product that I’ve paid for. This website is a scam. Away to buy anything from here.”

“4.5 really. But couldn't add the half markEverything was good from the easy ordering process to the contact regarding delivery. The only thing is that the box was battered, but that could have been due to the wet weather so half a star deducted”

“Very fast delivery and reasonable price but the delivery from Evri was not good. The box was broken and crumpled and was just about held together with huge amounts of sellotape. It had clearly been driven over by a vehicle and burst, and all the goods inside were squashed. Luckily it was dog chews so the dogs don't care but anything else would have been destroyed.”
