“Bought two pink flip top bins . They are perfect for what I need them for. Very decent price. Arrived very quickly and well packaged . Super impressed will definitely a buy again.”

“Phairs price was very good. They shipped quickly however they use DPD for the delivery who were rubbish. On the first delivery 'attempt' they said I was not at home without even trying to deliver. On the 2nd attempt, the box arrived crushed and half open. Luckily the dog food bags were not damaged. Phairs might want to consider a different company for their deliveries.”

“The items where exactly what I wanted at an excellent price. But delivery took longer then expected. It was a bank holiday but even accounting for this it took a week, though I blame evri for this.”

“Excellent price for fried cat food. The delivery not so good, Evri (Hermes) had the parcel for a week and a half with no update! Contacted Phairs who were brilliant and chased it up and it was delivered within 72hrs. Box was damaged but contents fine.”
