“Had 1 parcel of 3 missing and was delivered the nextday. Seems DPD had damaged it and caused 1 of the bags of compost to be broken. They patched it up and returned it. Had a fair bit missing out of the bag but that was down to DPD not Phairs fault.”

“Very well priced products, free shipping and prompt delivery. There was one small issue, where one planter was placed inside another some of the fins on the inside of the receiving planter were damaged. I mention this only so that you are aware for future sales but as for me, I still give it 5 stars because overall I'm delighted with my purchase.”
