“The purchase of the fan heater went with clockwork precision and the item was delivered on the first date quoted for delivery! The packaging was first class and the heater was in very good condition when unwrapped and worked with no faults. Overall I am very pleased indeed.”

“Absolutely awful customer service if something is wrong with your order! They sent me 2 fragile items together in an oversized box without being packaged properly and then thought offering a 10% refund for the smashed items was acceptable. They then wanted the goods returned at my expense and have still not issued a refund. Had to claim back through PayPal to get my refund sorted. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID!”
