“Really bad customer service. I purchased next day delivery and it didn’t come the next day or the day after that, so I contacted them via email, and they didn’t respond to me, so I contacted them via phone, and I had to leave 3 messages before they answered me on the 4th time…”

Your order was placed on a Saturday evening, and dispatched for next day delivery on Monday as per our shipping policy we don't fulfil orders on Sundays. We also note it was delivered next day on Tuesday. You sent us three messages on Sunday evening after closing hours, and we responded to you on Monday morning.
