“Perfume ordered and delivered quickly however wrong perfume was sent. Customer service took few days to answer email and advised that return label will be sent, after a week where no label was sent customer service again took few days to answer when asked for update and advised that label can be downloaded from their website after logging in, this is not correct as return has to be requested and reviewed so again took a week to get the return label. It has been a month now since original purchase and although they have received a return 11 days ago refund still has not been processed. I do not recommend this company!”

“Ordered my perfume slightly concerned it might not be the real deal because I got it cheaper than I usually pay but should not of worried. It is the real perfume and the price was amazing, and it arrived before the date it should of. Would definitely use again.”

“As mentioned previously, I was quite annoyed that you offered a next day delivery but it arrived on the second day. I was pretty sure when I checked the tracking that it mentioned a 48 hour service (I think)? So not impressed if that was the case. The perfume looks very nice though but as it’s a present now sure on the scent as yet.”
