“Level 4 HACCP- Great trainer, very understanding and positive. Feedback from homework was excellent and really showed that he cared. Would happily recommend and would always come back to do refresh training or any other training programme.”

“Very well presented by Peter, in manageable sections, slides are good and references, homework being set is great to understand the session and to learn what was not correctly captured. Better in daily sessions. Fun sessions for HACCP - many thanks to Peter”
