“I have really enjoyed HACCP training. There were some struggles in understanding some areas that HACCP covers but Peter was very patient and understanding and he always tried to explain in different way to make sure we do understand and we feeling comfortable within the subject. Overall, great experience! :)”

“Book has lots of information and tutor had a vast knowledge, however sometimes was confusing and questions weren't always answered. A lot of comments on not needing it for the exam or just remember rather than helping us understand.”
