“Peter has a very clear way of explaining quite complex subjects. He is very patient and always answered any questions. He used good visual aids - slides and videos. He managed to keep our interest and was looking for feedback and checking our understanding. The course was at the correct pace and I never felt overwhelmed.”

“It has been a while since I last studied a classroom based course. Food safety at level 4 is a quite daunting prospect but Peter has delivered the course very professionally and broken everything down into manageable bite size chunks so that the information is easily digestible and understandable. Peter's teaching style is very informative yet relaxed and he is approachable and answers any questions fielded to him with interesting and in-depth answers. The course has been enjoyable and very worth while and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. 10 out of 10.”
