“The course was informative with the basic knowledge given on how to deliver an effective training session. The homework / presentation content did take significant time to pull together and I think it would be beneficial for this element and time taken to be communicated with not only the learner but the company to ensure expectation is set to allow for this to be completed.”

“It was a really good experience. It was possible to learn a lot, and review multiple times the sessions also helped to challenge your understanding. Our Tutor was always available, and he always made sure everything was clear for everyone. Homework's were really helpful and helped me to have a better understanding of the argument. Corrections were really helpful and thorough, and helped to understand on what to focus and staying in the topic. As a foreigner it was really good to have the chance to apply to have more time, because it helps me to focus taking into consideration that English is not my first language and I have enough time to read the question and construct my answer.”
