“Well run course. Tutor very knowledgeable. Brought in specifics relating to our business and food safety management. Amusing anecdotes. Dealt well with reluctant students and in one case a disruptive student. Made sure all needs of the group were met which is tricky with people in different roles, of different ability. Only thing I would have done is get students to come up with ideas before tell them which page the information was on.”
