“The training course was delivered by a very competent, professional and friendly trainer, Peter Rose. Peter explained each section of the course in details, giving everybody the opportunity to raise questions, and to participate actively in the course. Peter provided real life examples making everything easier to absorb and understand; he always made sure that the concepts were understood by everybody. The feedback provided during the homework have always been thorough, useful and detailed.”
