“We really enjoyed our 3.5hour group cooking course. Jirapan is very knowledgeable and had a great way of sharing that knowledge, making it understandable and interesting. We made 3 dishes all of which were very tasty and we have the receipts to be able to cook them again. Thanks for a lovely morning!”

“Jirapan was very friendly, professional and welcomed us into her home. It was good to find out some of the history of Thailand as well as being taught how to cook and prepare the dishes. Very well planned and would highly recommend. Overall our experience was 3.5 hours and following our class the recipes and where to buy special ingredients was also shared. Most importantly the food was delicious and the company was great !”

“I had a fabulous time attending a cookery lesson with my teenage nephew yesterday - he loves cooking and his words said it all when we finished. ‘That was brilliant’ - and it was. Fantastic preparation, fabulously knowledgeable chef and a wonderful location. Very impressed with everything. Can’t wait to book again. This is a very high class experience if you’re interested in how to prepare delicious Thai food - you will not be disappointed. Thank you - loved it and didn’t want it to end”

“I booked my husband and I on one of the classes. First time, so not sure what to expect. Small group of us learning together. It is exceptionally well organised and Jirapan is incredibly welcoming, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We learnt so much and cooked 3 dishes using the raw ingredients provided. All 3 were delicious 😋 so we will be cooking these dishes at home now with confidence. The majority of people in our class had been to one or more of the classes before, and I have to say we will be visiting again. A fantastic experience and a perfect present for that someone special.”

“I had a fantastic time learning to cook with Jirapan from Paya Thai cooking. A very informal and relaxed atmosphere for a hands on cooking lesson, learning not only the ingredients and techniques but also all the tips and tricks needed to reproduce the amazing dishes we prepared. Jirapan was extremely patient with us, and took us all through the dish creation one step at a time, she is very knowledgeable and gives advice with some humour too!. Many thanks for a really enjoyable afternoon, I'll be back for more. Adrian”

“What a fantastic course! Thank you. Lived up to and more than met the comments from previous reviewers. Expert tuition, professional but casual environment and in all just great fun. Great authentic attention to detail utilizing fresh ingredients. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be going back. No more processed ingredients for me!!
