“Fantastic customer service! I bought a 2 tone RIF (blue) and was sent the wrong one. No hassle with the returns process and received the correct item in record time. “This was my first time ordering with patrol base. As I was unsure about the rules about not having an air soft certification, I took the option to call them, they were very helpful, and once I’d explained I was a WW2 re-enactor with all the appropriate paperwork, we were fine to proceed. 4 days later I had my new 1911 pistol Thanks to all involved Will.”
