“Reliable service and great products, i ordered my Airsoft Pistol a couple of days before christmas expecting to recieve it after christmas maybe in january. i even recieved a email saying shipping may be longer due to christmas, however the item was delivered before christmas which was perfect. Thankyou to the Patrol Base team.”

“Customer service is beyond the call of duty, and have received great help and guidance from the spares team when I was given an old airsoft gun as no longer wanted. Having no knowledge at all of the instrument or what it does, the spares team…Alex in particular….has guided me through what to do, recommended spares, to repair and service. I have an order of stuff coming, which I am looking forward to. I may even take up the sport if all goes well, being an octogenarian, this will be quite an experience. Extra support has been offered, and I will no doubt be in touch again, having never owned a gun in my life except a cap pistol as a child. Second childhood coming soon!”
