“On arrival it was very smooth and they provided a quick transfer. On return the transfer wasn't as organised as ot said on my paperwork to meet at the drop off point. There wasn't anyone there so I rang the number and didnt appreciate the way that the member of staff spoke to me. He said I should have rang when I had picked up my luggage, but this was not the information given at drop off or on the paperwork when I checked.”

“It was our first time to take the car to the airport, so was a bit worried about it all. However, parking the car was easy and convenient to the airport. Staff were helpful and supportive. We were driven in a mini bus to the drop off point at Liverpool Airport and was told to phone them on our return. We phoned after collection of our bags and walked to the drop off point and within a few minutes our mini bus was there to collect us and our car was parked ready for our collection. Great service, will definitely use again.”
