“Best customer service. My son lost his card, they sent a replacement straight away FOC. Communications were fast and very friendly. I like that my son can always call me even if his credit runs out. I have total control on his sim although I don't need it, but knowing I have them gives me a piece of mind. Every parents should have this sim for their children.”

“I am very impressed with the products features but also the level of service and care provided. As this will be my daughter's first phone, we wanted to have the sense of protection and supervision, but allow the freedom you get with patentshield. I am recommending this everywhere”

“Excellent suite of products and services with lots of flexibility to suit your needs. Very reassuring way to get younger ones connected safely. Fantastic customer service, got a real person on the phone at 6pm! Portal a bit clunky visually but functionally sound, which is much the best way round!”

“A positive experience from start to finish. The first step was to explore and compare options for my daughter's first sim card. While other providers rely on FAQs or robot chats or have frustratingly long queues to answer questions, it was surprisingly easy to make contact with a real person at Parent Shield who was able to talk everything through. This attention to personal detail adds real value to an already competitively priced product. Delivery of the sim card and signing up to the portal was straight-forward and easy. Also appreciated the courtesy call from Parent Shield to check that everything was working. The smart monitoring features on the portal work very well to give assurance, and again it was quick and easy to have a few questions answered. The overall impression is that they actually care about what they do, and about how well they do it. How positively refreshing.”
