Really helpful from enquiry to receiving the sim. Even through the post office delays they made sure that this arrived in time for Christmas. Couldn’t thank them enough for all their help and reassurance. The portal is easy to find your way around and set up the sim settings and feel much more confident about my son having his first phone with the controls in place.
