“Came across this company from a review of phone sims. I liked the sound of what they offered, some excellent features like being able to make calls to emergency number even if no minutes left. Have now received sim and the documents again some really nice features here little stickers with mobile number on to give to people. However all this stuff is great but the best part of this company is the customer service. The “bigger” phone company’s could learn so much from these guys. Customer service like you have never seen before from s phone company. I feel like this team have gone above and beyond to help me. Thank you”

“Can't recommend parentshield enough not only does it give reassurance that your child is safe whilst having their first phone, they system is easy and simple to use and the customer service is amazing they will help you no matter how small the issue is and will even support you out of working hours which is great”

“Amazing customer service from friendly staff who really know what they are talking about. No query is too small or too much hassle for them. Brilliant product - gives me peace of mind now my younger children (10 & 12) have phones & I can gradually reduce the amount of supervisors on my older child’s phone as I feel it suits.”

“This is ideal for vulnerable adults such as our 35 year old son who is autistic. We can protect him from unwanted or worrying contacts whilst giving him a good deal of freedom to live his own life and keep in touch with his family and friends in safety. Highly recommended to all parents in a similar situation to ours.”
