“It's only been a week but so far so good. I've tried and failed with other paid safety apps. Fingers crossed the parentshield sim continues to be the answer keeping my daughter protected and happy and me reassured. I don't use the record messages or voice calls as of yet as I'm showing her I trust her. I'm reassured scammers can't get through to take advantage of her as she has some additional needs. I'm reassured I'm able to turn it all off at bedtime or when needed. Thankyou parent-shield”

“Really helpful from enquiry to receiving the sim. Even through the post office delays they made sure that this arrived in time for Christmas. Couldn’t thank them enough for all their help and reassurance. The portal is easy to find your way around and set up the sim settings and feel much more confident about my son having his first phone with the controls in place.”

“We've purchased this for our special needs grandson. We hope it will allow him to have some independence and help his self esteem and confidence grow while being able to make sure he's not bullied or manipulated. Tall order I know, but this company gives us the conference to try. Thanks for making such a great product guys, I'll let you know how it goes x”

“Best customer service. My son lost his card, they sent a replacement straight away FOC. Communications were fast and very friendly. I like that my son can always call me even if his credit runs out. I have total control on his sim although I don't need it, but knowing I have them gives me a piece of mind. Every parents should have this sim for their children.”

“A great set of features to manage the introduction of phones to younger children — in my case as a safety aid for a child walking to school. However, the app could do with a little more polish to improve the overall appearance and usability.”

“Excellent suite of products and services with lots of flexibility to suit your needs. Very reassuring way to get younger ones connected safely.
