“The Paragon company did everything to see the order went well with delivery I give them full marks for that. The Bamboo sheets were satisfactory but not as soft as the ones I bought in America. Paragon ones were more satin and more slippery. Value for money though and overall I would buy again as I searched to try and find in this country the make I had bought in USA.”

“So disappointed. I have followed the washing advice but the Pillowcases especially are not coming up very clean. Natural body/hair oils are staining them. Perhaps it is the colour that is affecting them. Love the feel and the easy care of just tumble drying the bedding is great.”

“I love your products they are great quality. However, the dispatchers you used were utter rubbish, I was in when he arrived, and he never rang the bell or centered my property he put the parcel over the gate at the bottom of the drive if I hadn't seen him it would have been there for some time.”

“Eczema sufferer here, bought the 8 piece bed set, winter quilt. So upset at the fact the quilt is too heavy for me, the bedding slips all over the place in the night, i have trouble heaving the quilt back up the bed when half asleep as its that heavy for me. The pillows are fab though. Only had it a week and now stuck with this quilt as cannot send it back as obviously been used. Really wished i had ordered a summer one instead. Not really happy to be honest 😒”
