“I was underwhelmed by this bath sheet; very light-weight, not at all fluffy, feel it has been a false economy. Sadly won't be repeating the purchase.”

“Not happy with how these wash. Marks stay in them from ordinary use without makeup or creams. They do not come clean”

Hi I am sorry to hear you are not enjoying our bamboo sheets, we do state in our product care page that as bamboo is a 100% natural product it is extremely absorbent. "Bamboo, being a 100% natural product, is extremely absorbent and wicks away up to 40% more moisture than cotton does from the skin, therefore it will absorb any face creams or hair products etc. Which may result in temporary discolouration which should go when washed. Washing at a higher temperature, with the help of a stain remover is recommended in this case." Best regards Paragon Bamboo

“Paid over £40 for a pillow I cant sleep on. Feels very lumpy and uneven. Maybe this is because it's a natural product? I don't know, but not much info included with item or any info on what to do if not happy with product.”

“Sheets are just OK. Not as soft as my other bamboo sheets and ‘Cool Grey’ colour is much darker than website shows. The most irritating thing about a Company who shouts about ‘sustainability’ is the number of unnecessary bits of paper/card with your order. Which is then duplicated by snail mail after purchase. Not only that, even when you request for your details to be removed, they deny sending them, and the emails keep coming from a no-reply address… including this one for a review! Really annoying company to deal with, frankly. I won’t be buying again.”

“Really disappointed with the bedding I ordered; while it’s lovely, soft and cool, it’s stained like no other white sheets I’ve ever owned and seems impossible to clean (I’ve tried multiple options) and I’m look at replacing it already.”

“I bought the summer duvet - but it doesn’t appear to be a summer duvet it’s heavy and hot and Paragon have yet to clarify if what they sent is actually a summer duvet or some mix up! But I’d avoid buying one as it’s hotly expensive.”

“Unfortunately I ordered what i thought would fit a uk kingsize bed but the duvet cover is far too big and also the fitted sheet is too big. On the whole I'm very disappointed with the product the fitted sheet roles up also. Won't be buying again I'm afraid.”

“So disappointed. I have followed the washing advice but the Pillowcases especially are not coming up very clean. Natural body/hair oils are staining them. Perhaps it is the colour that is affecting them. Love the feel and the easy care of just tumble drying the bedding is great.”

“Im happy with my towels they are weaved and stitched very well. My Dressing gowns being sent back the quality is not up to standards in my opinion, i have taken pictures to prove my opinion. I Ordered a Kingsize bedding set, opened my bedding set only to realise its a single bedding set not a King! So obviously i am outraged at this, im told i cannot return it without a charge, fine everyone has rules. But to then insinuate it was me who made the mistake.. I found that rude and unprofessional, i selected Kingsize. I did not get Kingsize? So since i am a busy man and now being charged to return an item thats incorrect, i decided to package it up and ready it to be sent off. Not knowing how long this is going to take to sort out some Bedding, not a country,some bedding.. I decided to Buy my bedding elsewhere, i found a site called Panda and they are by far superior to your site so i bought my kingsize bedding there instead, they offer free returns 30 night trials, i had a good experience with Panda, so other than the items i actually want. The others items, Once returned, i would like refunded ASAP and wont be looking at Paragon again, yes quality is good but customer service is Not. And i am not interested in what went wrong, all i know is my Mrs is not well and the new bedding was for her. So her face when i walked out telling her its a single.... Extremely frustrating. So please awaite my parcel to arrive. Not happy.”

“I ordered a winter duvet. It feels amazing but it's rather ment for summer or is considered as summer duvet. For winter it's too cold.”

“I love the sheets but the pillow got all bumpy after just 3 weeks and it’s not that comfortable anymore. I do try to fluff up but it doesn’t seem to work. Quite disappointed about that so therefore 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I love the duvet cover and pillowcase, but the mattress protector is a disaster. It wrinkles up and after 2 nights mine is too uncomfortable to use, with ridges in it. The silky soft fabric is wonderful on the sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, but is hopeless on the mattress protector as the sheet on top slides around all over the place. I have written to Paragon to ask for a refund. I recommend the other bedding, lovely quality, but avoid the mattress protector at all costs.”

“Bath Towels feel too thin”

“Hello - not quite sure how to say this but I am finding handling the bamboo duvets quite difficult! They make a noise like a blackboard duster is being scraped down a school blackboard - almost a squeak. It is a noise that had set my teeth on edge since I was a child. My husband is struggling with his too but not as much. We have tried them for 2 nights in Egyptian cotton covers and both are feeling the same. Any suggestions??”

Dear Jessica, I am sorry that you are experiencing this, it is not something we have heard from any customer in the past 4 years since the company was launched. The only thing I can suggest is that the cotton duvet covers are creating the noise when they move against the bamboo duvets and not the bamboo duvets themselves, the bamboo fabric that makes up the outer of the duvet is extremely soft. If you would like to try bamboo bed linen then we have a 10% discount scheme running at the moment.

“I love the product - it's high quality, ethical, and will last a long long time. However, if I am being charged a courier fee (£12.00) for delivery, I do not expect it to take several days longer than the standard free 24 / 48 hr delivery I experience with almost all other products I order online. Usually, when I purchase items online I receive notification of an expected delivery - I didn't get that with Paragon. I had to chase 5 days after a placed my order. It took 7 from placing to receiving my order. Parcel Force, was on this occasion Parcel Farce.”

Orders are processed and sent the same day, unfortunately once ParcelForce collect them we are totally in their hands and sometimes things don't go quite as well as they should. “The items are cool to touch but failed to "reduce perspiration" as claimed. The pillow is very tight in the pillow case and is consequently too high and uncomfortable, perhaps a larger pillowcase would resolve that. Unfortunately my sleep has not been improved despite the investment in this new set of bedding.”
