“Fantastic customer service and products, we've ordered our branded paper bags from this company for the last couple of years, and more recently we ordered some cotton printed bags. Fantastic quality and a good price, plus our clients love them too. A special thanks to Jemma, for all her help and advice.”

Many thanks for the review, we aim to please : )

“Great customer service, super friendly and responsive staff. Excellent quality and great value. I've ordered custom paper mailers and custom tissue paper for my retail business from Paper Bag Co and they have been a joy to work with. I'm so pleased with how the products have turned out, and have had excellent feedback about them. I also love the more sustainable ethos of the company. Well done guys - keep up the good work! “I hardly ever leave a review but I have ordered the luxury rope kraft paper bags and they are really great. They look stunning and price is good and delivery was super easy. I will keep ordering these. Thank you!”

Helpful Report

“Very poor customer service, huge delays to responding to calls, texts and emails which is surprising due to spending 1000's each month. We are now looking for a new supplier as the communication has been so unreliable. This is a real shame as the product and ethics are good.”

“Quality is amazing! My personalised bags were so nice. And the lovely team worked super hard and delivered within days of ordering”
