“I have not had feedback from the recipient so can't comment on that however the collection was good, driver helpful in loading on to take back to the depot as the pallet he had was damaged. The ordering process is reasonably straightforward and gives you options for pallet and wrapping and the size of the collection / delivery vehicle if access is limited. Overall a good service hence the 5 stars.”

“We booked for a collection with delivery to us. We have dealt with Palletonline previously with an item being collected from us. The whole process was very easy and the website was easy to use.
