“The website in general is good, but I had a few issues deleting an old card off the system and adding a new one. Also had problems withdrawing to PayPal. If those could be a little easier for customers to manage then it would be beneficial in my opinion. Other than that - if there's ever anything I need help with, the online help and chat facilities are very helpful indeed. Keep up the good work. Thanks.”

“The customer service Paddy Power provide is top class and it actually seems like they care about punters. As for the website it is good in most places but tends to sometimes be quiet jittery and slow to respond after you're on it for more than a couple of minutes or so, no matter how good or bad my connection is.”

“Personally i think the view can be very busy and alot to navigate through. but that's to be expected with so much live betting to be had. I tend to use my ipad, but might switch to using via mobile as it looks simpler. i'd also prefer the ability to customise a bit what i want to see. It's probably already in the system, but i haven't investigated. I tend to use it for big race meets and the odd tip. So my access is fairly infrequent. I notice it can get very slow when races have started, and sometimes it difficult to load if you want to place a bet at the last minute.”
