“excellent pricing and easy to use website , but sometimes i feel that the various bets available within a particular event could be much better laid out .. it sometimes takes an age to find a particular bet when there are loads of markets available .. they seem to be in no order whatsoever and all over the place”

“The difference between paddypower and other well known betting sites is that when you have an issue, their customer services are very friendly, quick and have the knowhow and authority to resolve issues right away. It's good to know that if anything goes wrong, there is a friendly and efficient customer services 24/7 to put it right.”

“Website using my mobile phone was fairly easy and intuitive to navigate, although it's easier to see things when I'm using it on my laptop. Have downloaded the app as well, which also seems to work fine. It took a bit of time to work out how to log out using my iPhone (Menu, then Help, then scroll to Logout), but sorted now. Logout is more intuitive on my iPad.”

“Its got much better I like the cash out option and find the horse racing streams have improved greatly. Only areas I would look into are often the bet slip freezes for ten seconds or so and you can miss a bet or an odds change. Also I'm not going to use roulette again as there seems to be something wrong with the odds .I only bet black but lately when I play I have streaks of 8, 9, 10 reds regularly. This would never happen in a casino. I enjoy the fixed odds of roulette but using it on paddy power it seems I lose more than any casino or fobt at the bookies. Just an observation but its really put me of the games section”

“Always enjoy Paddy's humour and approach. However, finding coupons on the mobile app seems harder than it used to be, i.e. Football over and under (goals), bankers coupons etc, seemed to be very straight forward when I used to be logged in via pc? Also periodically I get free bets, I don't know what for, and I don't know if their use is conditional on certain markets, as I don't seem to be able to select and use them? I place the odd acca, perhaps they relate to markets/mbs's within these? Any feedback on the above especially use of free bets would be appreciated! Apologies if I'm being a Luddite!! :)”
