“I HAD NOT USED MY ACCOUNT FOR A WHILE AND WHEN I TRIED TO LOG IN (WITH CORRECT DETAILS) IT WOULD NOT LET ME SAYING THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS NOT REGISTERED WHICH IT WAS. I HAD TO RE REGISTER AND START ALL OVER AGAIN. IT WAS CONFIRMED LATER BY CUSTOMER SERVICES THAT MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN CLOSED WHICH I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF AND I WAS UNSURE IF ANY FUNDS REMAINED IN THE ACCOUNT. I suggest that when customer tries to log into a account with the right details if the account was closed due to inactivity that a flag should come up confirming there was an account but there is a problem instead of saying you are not registered which I think causes confusion. I thought the customer service assistant live chat was very helpful and confirmed quickly what the problem was. Many thanks Jennifer.O'Brien”

“Well,in the first of all,i didn't made a deposit after i made my accont with Paddy;but i made a withdraw :).They gave me a few quid to play with,i made the playthrough,and i withdraw 50 pounds in my bank accoun,without makeing any deposit,and withoud registering my card. The casino is nice.Plenty of games to chose from.They have everything you want.Costumer service is very fast,polite and friendly. The only minus,in my opinia,is the reward system.Very poor.Like in old fashion casinos. Overall,is a nice casino,and you have to try it.”
