“Avoid customer service doesn’t exhaust and illegally holding onto any winning funds. Had so many people say the same been taken over offshore now.”

“I have just been on live chat with Thomas,possibly the worst customer service advisors I have had the misfortune to come across. He deliberately tried to annoy me and kept saying he didn't understand it couldn't have been any simpler leave my account for the time being and can I speak to a manager. This was appalling behaviour this agent deliberately tries to get a reaction from customers. Take my advise try another site I was offered 2 promotions and received nothing”

“Terrible site, there casino slots are so rigged compared to other sites. Me and my friend done a test, on all the big sites and video our gambling of £1000 on each top 10 uk site. This site was badly last, to which the max winning on £1 stake was £37.00 on a slot whereas 5 symbol bonus appeared. Avoid paddy power, go to Coral or Skybet. “Diamond mine slots Been playing same machine for a while...hardly ever pays out yet you keep thinking it will so keep playing it ..bonus feature non existent... last couple of days spent over £700 and finally got the bonus feature.... on a £2 bet it gave me £5.60 off 12 spins... yes £5.60.... absolute disgrace tbh....shouldn't be allowed...and they say it's all vetted.... ok !!!”

“i deposited £150 . have two pending withdrawals for £100 each the while i was winning £300+ they decided to close my account during a game while i was on free spins , they say i might get my deposits back ,, never again”

“I have placed a bet with them and won around £400 and they have closed my account. This is a bad company! When you lose your money they are happy but when you win they are closing your accounts. Avoid it at any cost.”

“At first I got regular bonuses with decent payouts. A few months in and still I tinker, but now its just take take take from their site. I suspect they decrease the payout per player account! I also get FAR fewer promotions after having played their games.”

“So been using this site for a year, I have withdrew winnings before to my account, with no problem, small amounts, I win 1000 pound and withdraw it to then be refused the payment to my bank, there saying they want a picture of the front and back of a bank card I used a year ago!! A fkn year ago!! The card expired so I got new card, obviously…. So do not have the old one… it expired!!! Same bank same account number and sort code the lot! And to make it worse they have let me withdraw and deposit with my card on a few times!!! But nope paddypower is refusing to pay me out my winnings , now they’re saying they want bank statements from a year ago showing all all transactions!!! FROM AND A WHOLE YEAR OF STATEMENTS !! I’ve never heard the likes in all my days!!! Robbing ppl of there winnings that’s what they are doing!!! How they get away with this is beyond me honestly… Well paddypower I will not be leaving this trust me…. I have contacted gaming commissions, and I will contact others… I have took pics of conversations , the lot.. ! I will not not stop until use pay me my winnings. Security checks my back side…. Robbing ppl more like… should have read the reviews before playing on this site. I’m not the only one they have done this to.. they are keeping ppls winnings,and using any excuse they can.. wanting a year of bank statements is complete and utter nonsense!!…. So ppl be aware this is what this site will do to you… Will update here again soon…”

“this is the most disgusting site out there! trust me i play on most of them but paddy power are nothing but blatant thieves! Every deposit for over a year it's swallowed whole not even allowed me to claw back so much as a tenner, that's across the board, slingo, bingo, and their slots. they think RTP stands for return to player but let me tell you it really stands for rip the p***. They above all others need shutting down, it's no wonder people are left bankrupt or upto their necks in debt if they play on here, sadly thinking they can get something back but you wont, they don't pay out on anything. wasting your time and money giving either to these robbers. i am utterly disgusted at the amount they've had off me and can't even throw me a wee win once a year?!!!! are they serious??? i hope the gambling commission gets off their farters and at the very least reads the reviews.... we can't all be wrong!!!! “Slot games very rarely do you get bonuses from one week to the next not acceptable you would expect to get some return but it’s been nothing for over a week don’t think I’m going to use this site anymore it’s shocking wish I read reviews first could have saved myself a lot of money”

“When a big company like paddy power dont sort out about a payment that i sent and was not put on my account straight away they said they did not receive a payment but my bank TSB tells me different and my account says that they have gave them the faster payment i.d and it still take them over 28 hours to sort out and still not been sorted they say it takes time have they only got one person on each sections of the company not even a apologie or an email or a phone call to let me know whats going on very very disappointed with the paddy power”
