“On the whole I like your website, My only minor ctiticism relates to the live straeming of horse racing. I find it confusing the way it jumps around different pages. I also quite often lose the straem. I don't think it is my broadband as I have 120mb speeds. Sometimes when the stream freezes I cannot get it back and today when it happened I clicked on the button asn it told me there was no live stream when I had been watching it. When I have finished watching I am on an odd page and I have to navigate back via the home page to get to the next race I want. This is, however, a fairly trivial matter”

“I've generally had a good experience with Paddypower. They make everything fairly simple, and the layout of the website is very familiar. Mostly, I've been impressed with how the web chat agents have dealt with my queries on a whole. My only issue is with the verification process - I feel it could be made a little easier and that guidance could be given at an earlier stage (to make sure all information is provided and that there are no hitches, also!) The customer service is great, the promos on sports markets are generally very good and they have the best slots on the web as far as I'm concerned, too!”
