“Like the site, But navigation isn't the best compared to other leading sites. saying that customer service is great and will continue to use. Poker for mac users would be a great addition too.”

“The website is slow at times. Also, I'm not sure how safe the site is. On Saturday 18th March 2017, it was still possible to place bets on a football game that had finished. If I remember correctly, the game involved Iran who won 1-0. The game was moved from it's original kick-off time of 16:00 to 13:00, but the site was still showing the original kick-off time and it was still possible to place bets after the game had finished. I DID NOT place a bet. It doesn't fill me with confidence that my personal details will be safe.”

“don't like how on the online website when you click your betslip it goes into new tabs etc. bit annoying but everything else great”

“The website is great. It has excellent functionality. The only issue I regularly encounter is Saturday mornings loading the slips can be an issue. My S6 frequently crashes due to some slips being to big or empty. Other than that it flows well. No pop ups which I am surprised at. How about once a bet is placed on say the first Cheltenham race, a pop up comes up offering the page for the following race.”

“Paddy power is easy to use. Easy to find the races I want and the place my bets. I don't use it very often so my account does go dormant but customer service are very helpful with sorting it out.”
