“Created account with Paddy Power for "£20 risk free bet" also saw that they were running a promotion on the liverpool chelsea game so placed a £10 risk free bet on that game and it counted as my new customer risk free bet so lost £20! Called them up and they couldn't help me at all. Con men at their finest avoid at all costs.”

“Placed a bet for grand national then afterwards asking me to verify my account by the time I've got all my id in place to send they have suspended my account. Now I've emailed them Monday with all my documentation I am 30 years of age and it is now Friday and I still haven't had any reply or correspondence my account is still suspended they will not give me my winnings or even my ten pound back i have been on there chat and there advisors are unhelpful and rude I may aswell have thrown my ten pounds down the drain. Stay away and go with other reputable companies like coral or William Hill much better than this scam of a so called business nothing but blood sucking leeches who as soon as they have your money couldn't care less for you avoid like the plague!!”

“Never had any issues with Paddypower over the last 5 years, consider them in the same sort of league as Coral / Ladbrokes for reliability and trustworthiness, but with better promotions and offers than a lot of the other big sites. The sports betting odds aren't the best out there so shop around if you mostly bet on sports.”

“Legalised theft. Joined up and spent some money and waited for free bets to arrive, oh whats this? Now ive spent money and im due my free bets youve frozen my account. You want a copy of my passport, a utility bill copy. Absolute scammers and customer services rude way. Thank god i only lost £50 free bets and a small money balance. The 5 star reviews are so obviously fake its embarrassing, use paddypower and i guarentee you will regret it.”

“I have been using the football in Play app. After betting on a drawer on a game that showed you live after full-time plus extra. Refused to pay out, when I checked the score a goal was scored in the first half but did not register on the score on the app, when I contacted them to complain they said I take no responsibility for correct scores as laid out by the conditions. This makes inplay bets completely and utterly useless”

“The app was good until they decided to lock my account for security to review and see that I am who I am, that was over a week ago, everyday I have to chase them to unlock my account even after sending all the details they asked for, and now they tell me a screenshot of my driving license is not acceptable (which they told me to do) but a recent bill is even though anyone can type up and supply a pretend bill with address details, this is not the secure way of doing it. The customer service you get is varied, I say varied as I had 1 helpful person and 4 useless couldn't care less people. I know PP don't care about bad reviews like this but if it helps you avoid the same trouble I'll feel better. I have money sitting in my account that I'm not allowed to touch as it's frozen. I never had any of this until I won £680 on the horses. You may not have the trouble I've had but there are so many better companies out there, give them a go.”

“Do not play online roulette because wen u start making good money the roulette game starts freezing and then it cuts off wen they realise ur making month wage in hours they’re restrict u from making money wouldn’t recommend anyone to use paddy power online”

“Betfred Bet 365 withdraw winnings, in my account at Halifax 3.25pm next day without fail, not Paddy Power started with them on the Monday finished with them on the Wednesday, lousy service quick enough to take it but do not want to pay it.”

“Hello! I was registered with the bookmaker Paddypover. After that, I uploaded the documents to go through the verification process. The process dragged on. Since they do not want to take a passport, it was necessary to download a driver's license. That driving license is not enough, you need to download utility bill. The check takes 72 hours, as they informed me, but after this time my account was not verified. It was necessary to write to the chat and upload these documents to the chat again. After a considerable time, I hardly verified account. I made a deposit in the amount of 300 euros and started betting on sports. Good luck smiled at me and I won a considerable amount for the country in which I live and that’s 401 euros. When I decided to withdraw funds, they returned only the deposit and said that my winnings would be withheld. They requested documents. I sent everything as requested. But, unfortunately, they said that there was a decision to close my account and take my money. I was outraged because they brazenly took my money to themselves. I repeatedly turned to the chat with a request to explain why they made this decision. To which they replied, "The decision was final, all the best to you." I again contacted the support service, but without success. They brazenly took my money and closed the account. Please help me get my money. Since I was the victim of misunderstandings and unfair conviction.”
