“Joke of a Company. I haven't used my account in a while. Try to sign in they say account suspended, contact helpdesk. They don't have a helpdesk. Search for in their help section and they have nothing found, try any otherway of contacting them and they send you back to sign in and the same thing happens. I am going to have to take them to court now. See that number on the left? It doesn't work.”

“Offered a promotion by these con artists. I took them up on it and got £400 in my account. They then closed my account without warning and have withheld all my money. When contacting their help centre all I get back is it was a business decision and that's the final decision. NEVER LEAVE ANY MONEY IN THIS ACCOUNT OR EVEN HAVE ONE”

“The one star I had to give is too high the pure con artist beware don’t sign up here bunch of hooks sitting in a office counting all your millions pots are none payable and the payouts are discussing customer service is the worst I’ve ever had very very unhappy ex customer because the brilliant paddy closes your account when you win !!! Criminal behaviour professional thief’s you need closed down by the police !!”

“i deposited £150 . have two pending withdrawals for £100 each the while i was winning £300+ they decided to close my account during a game while i was on free spins , they say i might get my deposits back ,, never again”

“I have placed a bet with them and won around £400 and they have closed my account. This is a bad company! When you lose your money they are happy but when you win they are closing your accounts. Avoid it at any cost.”

“WARNING!!! CASHBACK!! DONT FALL FOR IT!!!. So I signed up for the fantasy sport 1st time sign up amd £17 cashback for depositing £10 and spending £10. There was no £10 minimum bets for fantasy but there was the next day so I done it the next day and put the £10 as minimum wager to cover the cashback deal. Never tracked, doesnt show on Topcashback. Also wasnt insured like they say it was as my balance is still zero. Tried to remove debit card but have to get intouch with them. Sat on the robot online chat for half a hour then it trys to connect you to a real person but then cuts you off. Keep away from this place, if you actually look most of it is bs that they can easy manipulate so you lose. They have no email either. Shocking that companys can actually work like this. I your going to do it anyway, use paypal as you wont be able to remove your card with out hours of messing.”

“Joined pp last week. Won my first Ten pound bet which i banked 16 pounds. Then I got my bonus free 30 pounds of bets as promised. I won 38 pounds. Banked 30 pounds and used the 8 pounds for a few acumulaters that also won. Account closed. Paddy power seems to only accept charitable donations. I usually lose so I wonder if all the company's do this. Amazed it's legal. Avoid.”

“Great when you're losing, but dare to actually Win!! Then the restriction kick in... They won't accept your bets, but do offer you a dial a bet telephone number, which is ok, but depending on which traders are on, then you could have an even £30 bet knocked back.. Happened to me on a weekend... Continue to back winners, then all the promotions are withdrawn, and you are told with the snottiest e-mail you'll ever receive.. I thought paddy power was real bookmaker, but I was so wrong... They're a Joke... Please bet with real bookmakers like, Bet365, Ladbrokes or Coral...”

“Absolutely Scandalous customer service , I have been trying to get a sportsbook bet settled correctly for weeks , There appears to be no one in the Company who understands the Rules around Tricast betting , Do not bet with SPORTSBOOK if there is a settling error it may take Months to resolve ,if at all , I am contacting Peter Jackson to see if he is aware of the Shambles this company has become I have never come across more Inept people Involved in customer service in my Life .. Incredible and shocking .I will be contacting IBAS and raising the Issue on Various Media Platforms .”

“I open a account with Paddy power i was promised a £30 in free bets when i place £10 pounds bet i did so and when i phone to claim my free bets i was told that i was not receiving the free bets because my first bet was £5 i spent another £70 in £10 bets after that. PURE ROBBERY”
