“I had an email dated 14/03/2018 advising I have a free bet, £50, allocated to my account, unfortunately I had been on holiday abroad and wasn't able to access my account and by the time I could access my account the free bet had expired. Paddy Power generously credited my account with £50 as a goodwill gesture!”
