“Absolute pits. Just trot out 'business decision' as reasoning for not allowing any bonuses on the account. Refuse point blank to explain why saying it's in their T & Cs that they don't have to give a reason. Tonight I've been waiting for nearly two hours to get paid out on a race. The absolute worst online bookmaker in the business. When last remaining ante-post bets are done so am I. Paddy hates anyone winning even small sums and is just a glorified accountant.”

“Paddy Power really is the worst site for games and casino. It really needs looking into by the gambling commission. £32 playing 40p spins and only 5 wins equating to £2.76 all the rest were no win, I'm sorry but theres something not quite right there. I would never recommend this site to anyone. There are really good decent sites out there where you get some actual gameplay for you're money and a chance to withdraw. Paddy Power is not a good site and I hope that the gambling commission prove that they are fit for purpose and look into it. Absolutely dreadful please dont waste you're time or money here. Bonuses are really hard to get an when you do get them the payouts are absolutely awful compared to other sites I have played on. Never had an experience with any other casino like I've had with Paddy Power. I have never once had a withdrawal on this site.”

“Total let down! No free spins awarded after completed the promotion. Stake 50 pound for upto 180 free spins (I received a notification on my screen to say complete) No free spins awarded and customer services unable to verify the promotion even existed to begin with. Absolute joke and very disappointed as I've used this site daily for a number of years.”

“Absolute rubbish. Save your money. I have spent hundreds of pounds on their online slot games and win next to nothing. Try Sky Vegas or Virgin Games, at least you actually do win with those providers.”

“Customer Service second to none. Had a few issues with withdrawing my funds however all of this was sorted very efficiently by customer service agent Beppe who went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved. I also feel paddy power offers the best selection of sports and odds in the UK.”

“Terrible site, there casino slots are so rigged compared to other sites. Me and my friend done a test, on all the big sites and video our gambling of £1000 on each top 10 uk site. This site was badly last, to which the max winning on £1 stake was £37.00 on a slot whereas 5 symbol bonus appeared. Avoid paddy power, go to Coral or Skybet. “I would give a triple ZERO. Deopisted money, verified my account with documents. Played 1 poker game, than my accoumt was blocked without any explanation, but remains blocked, can not be reopened due to "business decision". I have requested back my deposited money, and they are not willing to send it back. They can steal money, without explanation.”

“If any of yous are thinking of opening an account with paddy power or are an excisting customers think twice!! If you are placing sports bets there is no direct line for customer service which is no good for people betting inplay or even on the same day but if you have a query you are told to contact live chat and the minimum call back time is 72 hours and 3/4 hours on live chat all you get is automated messages and people that haven’t a notion about the betting industry In other words if you have a query about a bet you are going to place in a weeks time you may start trying to contact now which is unrealistic! Make your own mind up!!👍”

“Was with paddy power for about 3 years with yhe grand national being called off due to collid 19 i was returned my money bets but all the free bets ive earned through the year was vlassed as lossers i have friends who bet the same with diffrent bookies paddy power was the only firm to do this all other firms returned the free bets earned to bet on future events low move on paddypower”

“Diamond mine slots Been playing same machine for a while...hardly ever pays out yet you keep thinking it will so keep playing it ..bonus feature non existent... last couple of days spent over £700 and finally got the bonus feature.... on a £2 bet it gave me £5.60 off 12 spins... yes £5.60.... absolute disgrace tbh....shouldn't be allowed...and they say it's all vetted.... ok !!!”

“There is no customer service, no contact number, live chat is useless. They suspended my account of 9 years simply because I was winning and retained my winnings. I have emailed them on numerous occasions and have still not managed to get this resolved. In the end I requested lifetime exclusion and they still have not done this. Please be careful as they don't follow guidelines, they have their own rules.”
