Tacky rather than sticky adhesive, sides that rip really easily on the compostable bags and poorly cut RM boxes that don't fold up quite right. Please get these things fixed because it's letting a great sustainable packing option down. Your site is easy to use, shipping is fast. But the constant failure of the product is making me look elsewhere.”
