“Terrible - ordered packaging 2 weeks ago and keep getting failed delivery text messages from their courier "DX" - absolutely terrible system - no one available to talk to - even live chat with a bot had no-one available! No one at DX or Packaging Chimp able to clarify why the courier not delivering and just sending failed delivery messages and no one able to let me know when I will actually get my order. I now urgently need packaging and my order shipments to my clients are now being delayed as a result - save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere with better courier service system in palce”
“Both my orders of 20 inch Black Hat boxes came with their matching lids fitting too small. Each Hat box I've had to fold or crumple the bottom box up a bit to fit the lid. Didn't have an email address to complain too. Actually quality was good though !”

I have regularly ordered From your company and each time I order I always have an issue. The last time I ordered I received the wrong quantity of mailers. There were 20 packets missing and I had to reach out and request the remaining mailers to be sent. I was then informed that there were no more mail is in stock. If the team are communicated this I would’ve understood however no one reached out by email or phone. I would request that someone contact me regarding my latest issue and compensate me accordingly”
