“I’ve used GBOutdoor a number of times and have found the service excellent. Unfortunately this time one purchase ended up being out of stock after placing the order, so delayed the purchase and the second, replacement, order now seemingly lost by their courier. We’ll see if it eventually turns up. I’ve not been too hard on the scoring as genuinely they have been great previously and will hopefully sort this issue too. Prices are great as well.”

“Your customer service is of a very poor quality. You say you deliver every day and also in the email confirmation, I was informed the delivery will take place between 2-7 days. I didn't hear for a whole week from anyone, so I contacted your service only for the agent to keep insisting I was informed in the email that the delivery will take place on 18th Nov (I wasn't). After I submitted a copy of the email, she started to say I incorrectly counted days - which can be true, as I was confused by your 'deliver every day' statement. The agent said I can pay extra to have the next day delivery - i suggested this should be provided free of charge given the incorrect information. She refused so I cancelled the order. She saved you £2 on order that was over £100. You say you're a small business - I'd assume you should care about that? Anyway, I found the same item on another website and cheaper! So it worked perfectly for me in the end and I found another company I've never heard of thanks to your employee's attitude.”
