“Went to wrong address . If put in the wrong address in the order Sunday before last . My fault , had left my old office address in Apple Pay . Notified you Immediately . Was told the next day Monday it had been shipped . Got tracking notification Tuesday saying the label had only just been printed , not sent . Pretty rigid / unhelpful and V limited phone contact times. Was referred to a chat function , but it was dead . Pretty annoying as easily solved . Have you received it back yet ,”

“The item is 5 star sadly let down by the delivery service which turned into a nightmare. Amazon (delivery)were responsible for this and as I have had many items from them delivered perfectly to my address but this item was left at a totally different street! It was left next to some wheely bins in the road behind my property and in full view of anyone walking past. Had I not known the person who found it I would never have received the item. So OutdoorsGB be warned! BTW, I reported this to the delivery company as a non-delivery and they never even replied!”
