“Good service, called up to say one item was out of stock (which I found cheaper elsewhere). The only bug bear I have is the 10+ e-mails regarding the delivery between Outcamping & FedEx.. in addition to the two text messages, order confirmation & a request for a survey. Way too many notifications chaps.... please consider your customer's need for information!”

“I ordered a tent, which appeared to be in stock. The turned out to be unavailable, which was initially frustrating. However, Stephen, who got in touch with that news very quickly, outlined some alternative options, and provided excellent advice and customer service, which helped me choose a suitable alternative. This was dispatched promptly (I made an error when supplying a delivery address - again, Stephen was very quick to assist me when I flagged that up and redirected the package) and arrived within 48 hours. All very impressive!”

“Had ordered a regatta jacket form outcamping Which has taken 4 weeks to arrive threw no fault of the company but the supplier The service from outcamping has been outstanding especially Stephen kept me informed and went above and beyond if I was to score my experience with the service he provided it would be 💯 % out of 10 just can’t thank him enough for all the time and hard work he has shown in me receiving my order thank you outstanding outcamping I would use this company again thank you”

“Very pleased with the service from Outcamping. Answered questions i had on a product. The live chat is human not a bot. They respond quickly. Delivery was quick. Had a problem with one of the additional air roof struts. Contacted them they responded within 10mins. Sorted the problem and phoned me back to kept me informed. New one ordered and delivery for next day. Excellent service from Steve”
