“Received really great service from Steve. He was very helpful, kept communication open and constant and did his very best to try find me a similar item especially after my first choice was not in stock. Despite not getting my initial choice, the experience was so positive I bought some accessories. I would definitely shop at outcamping again.”

“I ordered a new tent from Outcamping. Their customer service was excellent. They called before it was due to be delivered and then again afterward to check that we had received it and that we were happy with what we had received. I was very impressed with the value of the tent as well as it was more expensive on other sites. I will definitely be shopping with Outcamping again. Thank you.”

“I have just used Outcamping for the first time and I was very impressed. They had a specific awning i wanted, so i placed my order. Then the next day i placed another order for a few other bits i thought about. That day i had a phone call from Steve to let me know my orders had been despatched and i should recieve them in the next day or so. He said to let him know if anything was missing or wrong. He then phoned again after all my orders had arrived to check i was happy with them. This was amazing customer service that went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Steve at Outcamping.”

“Was looking at buying an Ecoflow Delta 2, and let it in my basket. Steve rang me the following day to make sure everything was OK, and we had a good talk about all things camping. When I placed the order that afternoon, he once again rang me up to let me know that as it was Thursday, it was more likely my delivery would arrive on Monday with the specialist courier, which it did. Steve then rang me again today to male sure the delivery all went to plan, which it did. I know some people wouldn't want this level of service with the phone calls, when an email will do. But what a way to run a business, it has left me confident that if I have any issues with the product Steve will be there to help me out promptly. Did I mention the price? Cheapest I could find on the Internet at time of writing. Steve, thank you for your help, already recommended you to a friend, and I would definitely buy from you again.”
