“Thank you Stephen for helping with the decision and order. OutCamping had the best price I could find and also had an additional offer. They are excellent to deal with. “Recently bought a Kampa tent and a Ketly chair. I’ve not had a chance to open everything yet however the customer service has been outstanding. I was called the day my order was shipped to let me know everything was on the way and then was texted this morning to confirm if my order had arrived. Amazing customer service, thank you.”

“These guys really care about their customers. My product arrived well packaged and was of great quality and was really great value for money. What stands out for is the fact that FedEx misplaced the order but as soon as I advised Outcamping of this they were all over it with regular telephone updates to me and once they realised that it was not going to be found quickly they shipped another one that arrived within two days - absolutely first class.”
