“I purchased a new Vango drive-away awning online from Outcamping. The pricing was good and it was delivered within a few days as promised. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the item. However, the after-sales service was exemplary from both Outcamping and Vango. Communication was second to none, and the matter was swiftly resolved. Thank you, I would definitely recommend Outcamping.”

“Ordered 5 vango tents for my Explorer Scout Units. Tents Competitivley priced, easy order & delivery process. When one of the zips broke after the first use. Stephen could not have been more helpful processing the warranty claim with Vango. Arranging a corrier to pick the item up from my house at no cost to us. The tent was repaired and sent back within a week. Very impressed by the service from Outcapming. We would definelty buy from them again!”

“We just purchased an outdoor revolution twin ring and grill. Firstly delivered to wrong house but retrieved. It was great for two days using the rings, but when we used the grill, it was useless. We changed the gas cannister for a brand new one and no better. 15 minutes for one side of toast. Unfortunately we had disposed of the box so cannot return it and just get a chat bot answer. Would not recommend.”

Hi Chris, Sorry about the experience you've had with ths product, we assure you cases like this one are extremly rare given the amount of positive responses we do have relating to this grill. In relation to delivery to the wrong house, let me apologise on behalf of the courier, FedEx, as long as your address was correct that you left on the order then we see no reason why it was delivered there unless you wasnt at home. We are more than happy for the item to be returned as it may well be faulty and at no point have we said your grill couldnt be returned, quite the opposite. We stated that it should be returned in original packaging, however this isnt essential. We replied within 7 minutes of your message being received and no chatbot was talking and we stated you should email us to start the return process, this wasnt completed or followed up by you at all. “Excellent service…we saw the tent we wanted at a local garden centre who said you can’t get that tent anymore it’s sold out everywhere. Went on outcamping website, ordered it and had it delivered within two days.”
