“Ordered 2 picnic chairs but subsequently was told they were out of stock. Stephen offered to supply some in an alternative colour which I was happy with. There was a small issue with delivery but Stephen managed to rectify and the parcel arrived next day. I couldn't be more impressed with the customer services and would recommend Outcamping to anyone.”

“Very helpful and great service. I called to request if an item was in stock, very quickly was told that it could be ordered from the manufactuer. Within two days of placing my order I received the delivery. Will definately be using Outcamping again!”

“Ordered a Cadac Dometic 2 Cook 3 Pro Deluxe, with tapas dishes and gas connector. Received by FedEx. No issues with the supplier/order and am very happy with that. Not so with the condition of the outer box which had a huge hole in the top and bizarrely, a random tiny cross haired short screw in it! Boxes inside fine and no damage to goods. Excellent comms from company, as one part was out of stock, so would be delayed . Would order again, but wouldn't support FedEx delivery. Was told order not delivered, then told it was accepted by a neighbour. Not the best service. FedEx has since been in touch and apologised.”

“I cannot recommend Outcamping anymore. We had regular updates as to where our parcel was (FedEx totally messed it up) Stephen was amazing… Within seconds of my message he was on the phone to me. He spoke to FedEx and arranged for delivery for me. He went above and beyond. If I ever need anything when it comes to camping there is only one place I will be going. Thank you Outcamping team!”

“Great service!! -Stephen went above and beyond there was a slight delay in my item arriving - Stephen contacted me directly and when I told him I wanted it for going on holiday, he sent out the next model down from the one I had ordered so I had one for going away and when mine came in he let me know and arranged the exchange. Great customer service I’m the best price around”
