“Currently doing the animal care level 2, all the information is so helpful, however the quiz tends to have nothing to do with what you learn/read throughout the presentation, little annoying when you try and think you have the right answer but you don’t and you don’t actually learn about the things you are being quizzed on… well atleast not yet.”

“I found the course was good but i didn't think there was enough information linking dyscalculia with dyspraxia. Also, i didn't think it was necessary to know the names of all the tests used as they are probably not to those doing this course. I also found the course work too arbitary in places when more detail would have been better.”

“The courses I have had with you are excellent, easy to follow and uncomplicated and extremely good value for money as a great introduction to many courses that can be improved on. My only criticism is that on some of the diagrams pertinent to the course the labelling is very difficult to read. I mention this by way of hoping some improvement can be made in that area.”

“Your courses are so amazing but your awarding certificate keeps long. l did a course in Health and Home care with email address kwasiboadu1010@gmail.com but with soo many hours after passing this course, l haven't receive my certificate in my email. Certificate should be awarded instantly as soon as you pass the final assessment”

“I enjoyed the course, it was informative and the site easy to navigate. I flew through the units, as they kept me engaged. I attained between 80 and 100 percent on units, first attempt, I therefore the delivery was right in order to retain the facts for the tests. I know that individuals have different preferences, but I think the transcript should be included with either pdf or hard copy certificate. Also for Hard Copy certificate and transcript to cost the same as the course, is a bit too much. £9.99 for the two would be more reasonable. The Hard Copies need to be in another card surround, then envelope. My certificate had a couple of corners dinked in post.”

“These short courses are OK if you want to gain some information or keep your information up to date. There is no way as far as I can see to save the information from the course so the information gained is easily lost. I have completed some animal care and horse care certificates. These are mainly for my own information and a hobbie which I started in lock down-abit of fun and to further my knowledge as an animal owner- they are quite basic so not sure how they would be received by employees but good to gain basic knowledge and build a foundation. As I say a bit of fun for me and I have enjoyed completing them.”
