“I enjoy all my courses in Animal care. The courses are thorough yet easy to follow and a wealth of experience and knowledge is gained in the respective field, which I have already put to good use as a cat sitter/animal carer Customer service is helpful, attentive. Prices are affordable. Please add more animal courses if possible. Five stars.Thank you!”

“I bought the transcripts for the Child Care Level 4 almost one month ago but I have not received anything. My wife did it to for her course. Neither of us have. I am about to cancelled the payments as we have not got the purchases.”

“Loved the course. However was frustrating when the course wouldn't allow me to do any tests. so had to waste time emailing and trying to get help as no test options were available. I even tried online chat support and this wasn't helpful. thankfully it was sorted but it wasted 2 days of my time waiting for something I had paid for.”

“Equine nutrition L3 course was very well written and presented, assessments clear and the whole course very informative. Sadly I can’t say the same about the L3 Horse care course which was very poorly written, terrible assessment questions (incomplete questions in some cases which was just part of a sentence copied from the course text) so disappointing. Overall satisfied with Oplex as enjoying the Equine nutrition course so I do hope the next course I complete, is written and presented to this standard, otherwise I don’t think I’ll do any more.”

“I just recently completed the pet first aid and CPR course through Oplex Careers. Course was very informative and enjoyable. Help was on hand if needed. My certificate arrived promptly on completion. I will be undertaking more courses in the near future.”
