“After ordering another course, I was concerned as my previous completed course is showing as incomplete. However, I received the log in details for my 2nd course quickly and I am very impressed with the quality and ease of the online layout.”

“The study material consists of spelling errors, poor layout and content. Found at times to be confusing and it would repeat itself. The assessment at the end for my final grade 3 of the 50 questions did not have questions just answers so could not answer them and upon review of test results surprise, surprise got all these incorrect. the final assessment a lot of the question were based around legislation and not very much of the study material. The study material did not go into detail regarding sections of the SEN code of practice and its breakdown. Feel this course needs a lot of re-work and updating. At present not worth full price neither the special offer price of £29. Had to contact customer services and was accused of just contacting no matter the issue just to get a refund for the course. Certificate print out purchased at £9.99 was a waste of money very poorly printed appeared as if their ink was running out.”

“I learned something new in this course and it was well laid out. Sometimes the pages got stuck and had to reload the browser. But it didn't take that long and wasn't too strenuous.”

“Finished my course over the weekend and ordered my certificate. Very happy with the course, enjoyed the online learning. The course can start and stop, which i found really interesting because I could come back to the course when I wanted to take a break. I called into the office to ask for help and the customer services team were very friendly to me and helped me with my situation. I'm about to order the child counselling course now, so hopefully this course is great as well.”

“The reason why student support team overall rating was poor when I started the course it was fine and I was happy however whilst doing the mock assessment there was an error in the marking, I then informed Oplex of the issue they never got back with a response. I continued with the final assessment and was also marked incorrectly with my answers. There was an issue with the system they were using and marking most of my work wrong. I then complained to technical team, emailed complaints team and customer support no one got back to me and then I kept sending emails for weeks still no reply from any of them. I then had to email a third company with my issue and they sucessfully helped me get my work marked correctly and was awarded the right mark.”

“Course ok. Passed with Higher Distinction But back up support not so good. Sent emails and made phone calls didn't get a reply would like to do another course with animals but not sure whether to stick with Oplex or try somewhere else. Only paid £39 for course not worth the original price due to backup but content good.”
