“I’m very disappointed with you because after I passed my exam child care level 3 ,I paid you £10 to for sending my certificate in my house and you didn’t do this.Its second time writing you about this problem and you promised me for sending 2-3 working days. Fiorentina Ismaili”

“The course was really great and useful just really annoyed that I have paid 9.99 for an hard copy certificate 11 days ago. It is still not here, I’ve emailed and call but still have heard anything”

“BOOKKEEPING Levels 2, 3 & 4 Very good course, lots of information, but when accounts such as balance sheets and profit and loss are shown they are in too small print to read. It would also be useful to have some practice tasks - so bigger screens/slides so that you don't have to keep going back for information. Overall very informative.”

“I have taken 2 previous childcare courses and have just started my third. They are very useful with a lot of information on what I need to know. They are great value for money and are very rewarding when you finally finish.”

“Thank you for the quality and good value for money, and passing my FYFs early years level five, and doing it in one day and getting my certificate, e-learning is the way forward good customer service and l did not have buy any books. This is the way forward. Flora Jackson”
